This Scaffolding system is mainly made of Q195, Q235 and Q355 carbon steel (specific materials vary according to component length and surface treatment).
The standard can be supplied in lengths of 1m, 1.5m and 2m, 1m and 1.5m standards adopted Ø48.3×3.0±0.3 mm Q235 carbon steel with black E-coat; the 2m version adopts Ø48.3×3.25 mm Q355 carbon steel with hot-dip galvanized and E-coat(2m version).
The ledgers are available in lengths of 1.955m and 0.953m, it is constructed with Ø48.3×3.0±0.3 mm Q235 carbon steel.
The diagonal brace is constructed with Ø42.7×2.5±0.3 mm Q195 carbon steel.
All above scaffolding systems are manufactured and sold in compliance with JG/T 503-2016.
